$0.55 Richer
Lucas and I made our grand return to stroller running last Sunday. The cold, snowy weather has left NJ (hopefully never to return) and the streets are safe for us to run again.
On Sunday we covered 5 miles and yesterday we did 3.25 miles. I didn’t realize how much I missed running outside with my little man till we were out running on Sunday. I think Lucas missed it even more than me. He wore a huge smile on his face until he conked out. The beauty of stroller running

Besides missing the fresh air in my lungs, I missed the random things you find on a stroller run. Yesterday, within a one block section, L and I found a cigar,
a pair of women’s underwear
and $0.55
I can’t deny that I had a bunch of weird scenarios going on in my head from my finds that made me laugh. Looks like someone had a little fun on Monday night!

Wow.You found some crazy stuff along the way. I found $20 once.I have also rescued a few dogs who I returned to their owners, two turtles ( on separate occasions)who I picked up and carried to some place more appropriate, and a cat, who became mine after I found out that she was dumped in the neighborhood during the night.
I always super duper love it when I find underwear on the side of the road when I’m running. I’ve even found some used prophylactics in the middle of the street, which makes you wonder. I love finding money, though. My biggest score was a quarter.
