November Running Wrap-Up & December Goals

November definitely didn’t turn out the way I had planned.  I had planned on running the NYC Marathon on November 4th but we all know that THAT DIDN’T HAPPEN (umm, how do we not yet know what’s going to happen with our entries?).  Instead I was able to run the Inaugural Trenton Double Cross Half Marathon and achieved my November goal of a sub 2:10.  My other goal for the month was to race 5 miles with the stroller and I achieved that at the Westfield Turkey Trot.

November Stats:

Total Miles – 102

Longest Run – Trenton Half (13.1) on November 10th

Fastest Run – 4 mile tempo run at 8:49 a mile

Trenton Half Marathon – November 10th

Ashenfelter 8k Classic – November 22nd

Westfield Turkey Trot 5 Mile – November 24th

Goals for December:

Complete the NYRR Ted Corbitt 15k and possible try for a PR (current PR: 1:25:42)

Faster and longer tempo run

Run a 16 mile long run in prep for Disney Half in January

How was your November running?  What are your goals for December?
