Week 27 Pregnancy Update
Yesterday’s Workout: 60 minute Bar Method class
Today’s Workout: 3 mile run/1.5 mile walk
Last week of the 2nd trimester and I can’t believe it! This trimester flew by and I’m hoping the 3rd does as well. Just 13 weeks till we get to meet our baby boy.
Starting the 2nd trimester at 14 weeks
and ending the 2nd trimester at 27 weeks
What’s up with baby this week? - According to BabyCenter, Little Fella is nearly 2lbs and 14.5 inches long. He’s getting big! He is practicing breathing now and will occasionally have hiccups. How cute!
How Am I Feeling? – Still pretty good. I have loads of heartburn so I’ve switched to eating smaller meals. It has definitely helped! Throughout this whole pregnancy, sleeping has been a struggle or really easy for me. This week was no different, I had a couple of days where I couldn’t stop sleeping and days where I can’t sleep at all. It’s not fun. I am also getting really anxious to get baby stuff done. He is full term in just 10 weeks and I have done nothing.
How Have I Changed? – Not much. Husband even remarked the other day that my belly hasn’t looked much bigger in a while. Maybe we just don’t see it because we see my belly every day. I also find it funny that I still have a waist. So many of the baby book say that you will lose your waist, but I haven’t yet. :)
Cravings – Still tomatoes and spinach. I am also constantly craving the Chinese Chicken Salad at Nordstrom Cafe…the thought of it takes over my brain.
